Welcome to Botino. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Botino website and services. By creating an account or using the services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

Definitions

“Botino”, “we”, or “us” means the operator of the service. “Service” means the Botino platform that lets you add AI chatbots and voicebots to your website. “Customer” or “you” means the person or business using the service. “Customer content” means the files, website addresses, and other material you provide for your knowledge base.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to enter into a binding contract to use the service. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, for keeping your login details secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

Use of the service

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your business during your subscription. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. In particular you must not:

• Use the service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• Upload content that infringes the rights of others or that you have no right to use.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Use the service to send spam or to store or transmit malicious code.

Customer content and knowledge base

You keep ownership of the content you provide. You grant us the right to process that content in order to operate your bots and deliver the service, including sending it to the third-party providers that power AI features. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you upload and for ensuring it does not break any law.

AI-generated output

Bot responses are generated automatically using AI and are based on the knowledge base you provide. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected. We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of any response, and responses do not constitute professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and for how you and your users rely on bot output.

Payment and subscription

Paid plans are billed according to the applicable subscription plan and pricing shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Payments are handled through WooCommerce and a third-party payment processor, and we do not store full card details. VAT invoices may be issued for paid orders. We may change pricing, and we will give notice of changes that affect your subscription.

Refunds

Because the service depends on third-party providers that we pay for as usage occurs, refunds are limited. Where a refund is granted, it is at our discretion or as required by applicable law. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals.

Intellectual property

The Botino platform, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. These terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you beyond the right to use the service as described.

Availability and support

We work to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may perform maintenance, update features, or adjust the service over time. We provide support through the contact channel below.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Botino is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you break these terms or use the service in a way that harms us or others. On termination, your right to use the service ends, and we may delete your data in line with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the place where the operator of the service is established, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
